IBC Coatings Technologies, Inc. is a small, growing company specializing in coatings technologies for

commercial customers, as well as research and development.

Essential Responsibilities :

To maintain facility cleanliness by means of sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, emptying trash, etc.

the entire facility (offices, bathrooms, and production settings).

To keep cleaning products in stock.

To ensure that cleaning machines are in good working order ( i.e. vacuums, floor scrubbers,

carpet cleaners. etc.).

Complete other maintenance-related tasks as assigned by the Facilities Manager.

Cross-train in other production departments as assigned by the Facilities Manager.

Follow all safety guidelines established by the company while cleaning (i.e. protective eye wear,

steel-toed boots, etc.).

Follow all AS9100, internal quality policies, OSHA safety regulations, and company safety

policies.

Job Requirements :

U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required.

Minimum high school diploma or GED.

Attention to detail a must.

Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.

Experience cleaning in an industrial / manufacturing.

Experience using a power floor scrubber is a plus.

Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
